Overdue and baby not in right position....

I'm a few days overdue with my 4th baby. All my others arrived in time.

I'm not allowed an epidural because of low platelets so am ferried of having to be induced...!!!

Midwife has done two sweep but says cervix still not completely stretchy and not completely effaced as baby's head not quite far down to put pressure on.

Help, what can I do? Tried sex, exercise, nipple stimulation, hot baths, pineapple, swaying on all fours. Getting worried now

Have a look at spinning babies website, for some positional tips.
you can try rolling over a birth ball, spent time on all fours, crab walking up and down stairs.
Contact a doula who does rebozo or one that is knowledgeable about performing abdominal lift.
Where are you?, I am a doula and can suggest some to contact in your area.

If he doesn't move what are my chances of going into labour naturally do you know?

You WILL go into labour- you can't stay pregnant forever :)
If babies head is not corrected pressing on the cervix then you may have a long latent phase, this is not true labour, not cervix dilating but contractions to reposition baby into the correct position.
It can be long and uncomfortable so make use of the shower , hot water on your back is comforting.
Once you are contracting you can do an abdominal lift to get baby out of the pelvis and reposition. A doula would be useful if you or your friends know a local one? See if there is a rebozo doula near you on here nurturing birth doula directory.

I would never suggest castor oil! Research has shown it can encourage baby to open its bowels too.
Do you have an reflexologist near you?
Try more orgasm, twiddling nipples, walking etc
Only your baby can decided when to be born , not you or your care givers. sounds like its not time just yet.
Your a mum of three sure you have lots of patience :)

Plus at a few days late there is no need to be thinking of induction until afrer 42 weeks when you can ask for scan and monitoring. My last home birth Mum went to just short of 43 weeks
