No but had number of issues in that area. Thinking burst pile or anal fissure. Both normally extremely painful.

Definitely go and see GP who will no doubt have a look after taking a history. Not the most glamorous but honestly they do that most days so don't feel embarrassed.

I haven't had any pain I went to the gp they didn't look or anything but said it could be piles, but I don't have no pain just the blood plus a bad stomach and vomiting they just seem to shrug it off

They didn't have a look? That's not right.

Please don't freak out but bleeding from one's bottom can be a sign of bowel cancer (I did say don't freak out). And so their job is to rule things out in order of seriousness. They should look so they can confirm they see piles (given that you've "recently" given birth, piles is I think number one on the list).
I'd ask an appointment with a different GP at your practice. Do ask them how they explain the bleeding, how soon after starting treatment it will stop and what the next step is if the bleeding persists.
If after all that you are still being fobbed off, say that you would like your case to be assessed by the other GPs in your practice (they have meetings to do just that, review inconclusive cases, discuss difficult cases etc).

I know some healthcare professionals do use this forum... Advice on steps to get best diagnosis?

Hope this helps.

Could also be gastroenteritis.

Really think you need to see someone else so you can get a diagnosis.

I went like 3 weeks ago and see one doctor and was like if it's still happening come back in 2 weeks so I went back and seen another doc and she said normally they wait 6 weeks, so cause I waited 2 weeks I have to wait another 4 weeks then they would do an examination but 6 weeks seems like a long time to me, cause I said I have been being sick and had pain in my stomach,
