constant feeling of butterflies in stomach postpartum? c section related or something else?

I'm 4 wks pp after an elcs. I have burning skin nerve pain on my abdomen and still some red lochia. In the last three days I've had a cold. At the same time I've noticed constant feeling of butterflies in my tummy - not painful but very weird and unpleasant.
Could it be related to the c section? The nerves? The painkillers (although I've stopped them now)? The cold? The nerve pain? Something else?
Did anyone else experience this?
My bowels seem fine. I don't think it's phantom kicks because my son's movements never felt like butterflies.
