Cant help re sticky things but latex shouldn't be an issue. Its standard to use nonlatex gloves, just make sure they are aware to be sure.

Make sure they know in advance. If you're having an elective CS they will prepare the theatre beforehand and make sure it's totally latex-free. Non-latex gloves are routinely available, as are catheters. You will obviously have to have some form of dressing on, but you can discuss this before to try to work out what is least likely to cause a problem.
