C section tomorrow and DD is ill!

Booked in for c section tomorrow morning and my 4 year old DD has fallen ill today! Sod's law! Her nursery called for her to be collected and she has temperature of 38.7 and has fallen straight asleep. Even refused a kinder egg so she must be poorly. I've given her some calpol.
I hate having to leave her anyway but when she's ill I'll feel so worried. Her grandmas coming over to look after her tomorrow. She's very attached to me-longest I've been without her has been one day and night. This will be prob 2 days/nights. Plus we were planning on having her visit the hospital on Thursday but if she's ill I'm guessing she won't be able to.

This is 1 of my worst nightmares!
I have 2 dc, 1sn who is always ill! And im pg. Will have elcs this time due to xcomplications and this really scares me as no on but me can handle ds when hes ill. Hes fed via tube so family who will be looking after him will be a lil worried about giving meds down it as they are trained to do flush and feeds only.
Hope shes feeling better soon Could you give her some brufen? X
