Hello my name is dea,i am from indonesia and i had just move to london around 3 weeks. I follow my husband,he is study master in here. Now i am in 25 weeks of pregnancy. My husband and i have a plan to having a baby-birth in here which is i have to choose private hospital. I already checked several private hospitals also the price is expensive around more than £10.000 for the total. Is there any possibilities i can find a hospital include the doctor under £7.000-8.000? Please suggest
Thank you

If you look just outside of London the prices come down - for example I think Watford would be under £7-£8k for a fully private delivery.

Yes, the Knutsford Suite at Watford works out at £2800 and then there are the consultant fees, which vary depending on the consultant but the total cost is unlikely to be more than what you said you want to spend!

Watford is still inside the M25 and towards the end of the Metropolitan Line, so not quite the middle of nowhere. I will be delivering there in a few weeks (Knutsford Suite) but NHS c-section.

I have no personal recommendations I'm afraid as I've not used any of the consultants listed, but some people have been known to speak well of Mr Sheridan.

As far as I know, I'm having Mr Sanusi deliver my baby via elective c-section in just over three weeks but that is only because my regular consultant (NHS) is on annual leave that day. I haven't met him yet though!
