Could it be a show? I had bloody discharge on morning of labour. But lots of people get it in the lead up to labour.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't just a show, fresh blood on sheets, down legs and dripped in the loo. Settling now 4 hrs later but still fresh red blood Shock

Doesn't sound like a show, hope they are monitoring you now. Hope everything is ok x

My 'show' with DD1 involved quite a lot of fresh red blood running down my legs. This happened in the maternity assessment unit and DH and I were both totally shocked. DH went running for a midwife who said it was totally normal. It continued for quite a while. My contractions had started by then though.

I bled on and off through the last 4 months of my pregnancy and during labour. Never found out why. Terrifying at the time but my little one was absolutely fine ?? Good luck.

I did exactly same situation too post coital, lots of blood during and when the doctor examined me with a speculum.
Was an irritable spot of my cervix from what I can remember, stayed at hospital over night for observation, everything was fine though. But scary.
DS came about a week and a half later so not related to labour In my situation

Well, speculum just showed some old blood so they've sent me home. No more DTD though WinkWink
