baby had first jabs temp 37.5 is this normal?

baby had first jabs today 0- nurse stabbed her little legs and each cotton wool ball was almost covered in blood - i have never known this from an injection for me or other DD...

thats by the by - she didnt give me any info ....

37.5 is a normal temperature (not even raised) iirc.

NHS says a fever is over 37.5 - so 37.5 is normal.

Sounds absolutely fine. But I was recommended to take your baby's temperature over a few days when they are well to establish what their normal temperature is, so you can tell easier when they have a fever.

Though I do remember when DC1 had her first jab, the nurse lectured me a bit on how, if she did get a fever, not to let her get dehydrated. I asked how I'd know if she was dehydrated. The nurse said "you'll just know" Hmm
