Isn't it just paracetamol unless the labour ward advises otherwise?

My SIL went in & got sent home for not being 4cm yet & was given co-codamol but not sure if that would apply to everyone?

Tens machine?

I wasn't sure if I could take co codamol of my own accord as long as informed them when I took it when we got admitted. Just paracetamol didn't real do anything with dc1.

you should definitely get or rent a Tens machine. It saved my life in the early stages at labour at home.

Not tried tens, I've heard such mixed reviews, suppose for how cheap they are to rent it doesn't hurt to grab one .
