Following on from the 'Kindness of Strangers' thread I thought it might be nice to do one for all you midwives out there, especially, in my case the ones in the RAH.
Not that long ago I delivered my baby at local MLU. Textbook delivery but then it all went a bit pear shaped! Cue ambulance transfer to RAH. Was all rather scary at the time but I knew I was in good hands. The team of midwives who sorted me out were just wonderful so I would like to take this opportunity to thank them publicly for taking care of us (husband and 2 hour old baby followed in car and met me in recovery) so well.
