Bump a very different shape today

Morning,
I'm 38+4 today and this morning my bump is narrower and lower. Is this any reason to get excited? I don't think it can be the baby dropping as I was already 1/5 on tuesday when I saw MW so if he/she dropped much more she would be out by now! Feel bizarrely energetic and have a pain in my leg that I normally get a few days before my period..... fingers crossed something might be about to happen.

To be honest its probably the baby moving position and moving down- the pains in your leg could be due to this. They are far worse with your subsquent dc (remembers crumbling to the floor in a car park by the beach when 37 weeks with dd2)
