I have lavender oil, that I put in oil burner. Can I use the same stuff for in my bath, or is it something different?

Is there anything else anyone suggests for stitches?

Don't know about lavender oil - I used tea tree oil (a few drops) in the bath and it worked a treat.

Lavender oil is great in the bath. Use about 5 or 6 drops in the water but be sure to mix it with half a cup of milk first.

I put 3 drops of lavender oil, and 3 drops of tea tree into a small amount of milk and put that in my bath each day. Milk helps it to mix otherwise the oils just float aimlessly on the surface of the bath water!

thanks..... it was amazing.

no painrelief and hardly any pain either..... only 1 midwife made it as it was so fast!
all credit to natal hypnotherapy IMO smile

Wow I need some of that hypnotherapy then - what is it? am 34 weeks, hoping for a birth like you had! Congrats!

heres the website

i did preg relaxation from 16 weeks, home birth prep from 32 weeks. and read the book cover to cover.... you HAVE to believe in it too.

i used homeopathy, evening primrose oil aromatherapy as part of my preparation aswell but no time to practise during labour (as planned) or listen to brithING cd or use birth pool as labour was too quick
