Hi, my breasts have always been really small. I had always thought that pregnancy and childbirth would finally make them big but the opposite happened. After 2 children, i have instead become flat- chested now. I feel so embarassed to wear anything. I wear the padded bras too but they are soooo uncomfortable. Does anyone know anything about these breast enhancing creams that are available in the market- Rodial boobjob cream in John lewis and Triactol cream???? Im not sure if they are safe to use and if they are any good at all. I cant go in for a surgery. Plsssssss help. Its getting my confidence shaken. Thanks.

I am the same been an A cup since 15ish and am on my 3rd pregnancy and am still an A cup. Previously I had considered surgery but opted against it. I did look into the creams but couldn't find enough evidence to back up their claims but this was a while back.
I have other body issues at the moment that have put my breasts to the back of my mind for the time being.

Not very helpful but didn't want to read and run, and let you know you are not the only one who didn't increase in size during pregnancy (which was one symptom I personally was looking forward to).

Hope someone has a more informative answer for you soon. Have you spoken to your GP about your confidence issues? Might be worth tackling these feelings and trying to feel comfortable with your body mentally as well as physically.

Another small-chested person here - currently breastfeeding but still only just a B cup if that after being AA/A before - I too was hoping for a transformation during pregnancy but it never happened - just a slight increase when the milk came in. I think if those creams really worked then everyone would be using them - they may make the skin look firmer or whatever but that probably won't help people like us much. The best bras I ever had were ones with gel moulded into the cups (rather than a separate insert) (from Debenhams I think) - were comfortable and worked wonders for my confidence, as they gave a really 'natural' shape under clothes as they sort of had a bit of weight to them. When I shrink back after I finish feeding I'm going straight back to them.

Hi, am also small chested and didn't experience huge gains during my first pregnancy, and after breast feeding they went a bit flat.

I got pregnant soon after so they have improved but will be breastfeeding again so will have issues if they go a bit flat again. I may go back to swimming as if I can improve the muscles underneath they might perk up a bit. Otherwise, I'm waiting til the menopause as I have been told they perk up then, or alternatively will go for a boob job once double nursery fees are out of the way.
