I've recently bought the aforementioned tens machine second hand but the instructions are missing! I haven't used one before and have no idea how it works, where I'm supposed to put the pads, etc. I can't find the instructions online anywhere. Can anyone help? Perhaps someone has a pdf version they can send me or a link that works!

Thanks x

Hi there, I've just bought a secondhand one too and have the same problem, did you manage to find the instructions and or did you use it for labour and if so could you give me some advice on how it works?

I used one for my first labour, I borrowed it from a friend not sure if it had instructions. I put the 4 pads in a square on my lower back I had it on all the time and used the boost button for each contraction. I kept it on until after DD and placenta were delivered. I didn't use any other pain relief. I will be using it again this time. Maybe have a look at one in the shops for the instructions. You will need enough pads to change them all a few times as they lose skin contact after a couple of hours. HTH
