Sorry, been done to death I know, but would love some opinions please.

40+3 with DC2. Been quite active today and for the last few hours I have been having pains around my uterus/sides, and also numbness/tingling in my bottom (like a nerve is being pressed on). It isn't getting worse I don't think but is persistent. It doesn't feel like contractions but is uncomfortable enough to be distracting, and baby is moving a lot too. Was 2/5 engaged yesterday.

Pleeeeeeease tell me it will come tonight and I will be home tomorrow with baby, and not pregnant for the anticipated heatwave. If you would.

Sorry but I've been 4/5 engaged for 2 weeks, due with DC3 this week and had had both my DC by now. My reflexologist can't believe I haven't had it yet.
Really struggling looking after my DC when DP is at work so for both our sakes I hope something happens tonight. Fingers crossed. Xx

Ho hum, nothing has happened. Awake all night but I think I was just apprehensive and excited! My first was labour started at 40+3 so somehow I imagined this would be exactly the same.

Poor you Millie having 2 to look after, at least I only have 1 and he is 3yrs so not too much trouble.

I haven't done a massive poo in nine months! Had diarrhea (sp) for a few days last week and got hopes up but nothing. Its all glamour glamour isn't it? 40+5 and mw coming later to do a sweep. I wish I could just wait but simply can't...

Sweep won't bring it on if its not time, I know but feels like I am at least trying something

Well, just had a sweep. mw said already 2cms dialted, very favourable and able to stretch to 5. Having bloody discharge since.

Also, secondcoming just spent an inordinate amount of time on the loo, the like of which hasn't happenned since I became pg (but it may be I am getting nervous about labour Grin). Feel rather, ah, cleansed now, after being constipated so long.
