How can I help emetaphobic DD

So I am emetaphobic (not sure of spelling) and it seems I’ve passed it onto to my DD age 12.

She has recently been really suspicious of food being off / not well cooked. Today she nearly ate some mouldy bread (not at my house) and has spent all afternoon v worried she’s going to be sick. She’s upset about having to go to school tomorrow in case she becomes unwell. She is v rarely sick - 5 or so instances in her life.

I’ve tried logic. I’ve tried worst case scenarios not bring all that bad. I’ve got her to eat lunch and some tea but it was a struggle.

How can I help her? She worries about things a lot. She says she worries about this once in a while so it’s not a daily or constant thing.

TIA
