Does anybody else have a child who is acting out in school. Dd in year 8 .

Walking out of classes, telling teachers to shut up etc etc but walks around pretending to a cocky so and so. CAHMS say it's anxiety it's so hard to know how to approach this.

Could do with a handhold.

My boys have high pyrrole which can cause anxiety, oppositional defiance disorder and other emotional/behavioural problems. Google 'pyrrole disorder' or 'pyroluria' and see if it resonates. The symptoms are wide-ranging and not all relevant in all cases. In my experience there are also up phases and down phases where symptoms are displayed or not. Let me know if you want more info. I feel for your difficulties and wish you all the best in dealing with this.
