Work/ education with Depression

18 year old bullied and assaulted at school left with poor GCSE. Suffers from panic attacks since the attack and low self esteem and needs to develop people skills. Tried apprentice hairdresser talking to complete strangers made her anxious and stress. She needs to go back to college to get qualifications but can't face the crowds, is home schooling a good idea? Where do I get help and advice

It depends what she wants to do... hairdressing I would have thought not. Maybe encourage some work experience she can build on....
