Duckling help: wry neck?

I've hatched 5 ducklings in my classroom and brought them home for the holidays. One hatched yesterday evening, but when we took him out of the incubator today he can't seem to hold his head up properly. He keeps tipping it right back until he falls over, then struggles to get back up. A quick Google suggests this might be wry neck. If we put him into the box with the others, one of them keeps pecking at it, but if we keep it out then it can't go under the brooder lamp. I don't know what to do for the best. Has anyone dealt with anything like this before? Any advice at all would be gratefully received! Thanks.

You need to provide it with it's own lamp OP...it has to be separated from the others and you need to ensure it doesn't get dehydrated due to being unable to drink.

This is good information.

Thank you. We couldn't get a second lamp last night, so ended up keeping it in a box half in and out of the lamp, where it could move around but the others couldn't reach it. After reading lots of info online we have given it some extra vitamin e. It is now with all the others and moving around much more than before. It can eat and drink in its own. I am keeping everything crossed that it carries on like this! Thank you for your advice.

Oh good to hear it's rallied! Poor little thing.
