Having a bit of a nightmare quail wise. I did a lot of research and decided a trio was best for the space we have. Bought 2 females and a male ot so I thought. Turns out I had 2 boys. So one boy went to live in solitary confinement until I can take him back to swap for a female. Now the female is having too much attention from the male and has had to be take out until her pecked head heals. So only a week after I got them I have 3 quails living seperately and te 2 males with no company are crowing like mad. When I get rid of one male for a female any tips on reintroducing them all?

We needed to get 3-4 females per male when we had them as the males were so 'amorous' if you can get another female it may be worth it. The males were fine in witj each other if there are enough females. We just have girls now. We gave up breeding as got so many boys !
