LO is ready for a new car seat as the newborn one that fits onto the pram is getting too small! Can someone please recommend me a good, not to expensive rear facing car seat please! There's so many I don't know where to start.

I need non isofix base as my car is ancient!

Joie stages is reasonably priced and fitted with the seat belt.
Joie also have several options of seats. I had an ianchor bit that needs a base which is pretty bulky.
Check on their website if it will fit your car

How old and what height and weight centile are they following?

If they're less than 50th centile, the Joie Stages is your best bet.

If they're higher than 50th centile, you would be better going for a 25kg seat like the Britax Two Way Elite.

The Facebook group recommended before is the best source of information and advice.
