We have a Maxi Cosi CabrioFix and family fix isofix base. My 14 week old's head keeps on lolling about in it when he's asleep. As a result we are very uncomfortable using it as it doesn't seem right that his head isn't upright. Can anyone offer any help? Many thanks

Try installing with the seat belt. You can get a much better fit as isofix can be too rigid and therefore keeps the car seat op upright in some cars, especially if your seats are quite sloped.

If the base slopes down due to the angle of the car seat it's on then it's safe to wedge a towel under the base to make it level which should resolve the seat being too tilted. Also, have you taken out the newborn insert yet?

You can't use the towel trick with an isofix base. Belt install is a good option if the seats are sloped back. It should improve as your baby's head control gets better and you can use the base again if you want.
