Belted AND isofix

We bought Joie anchor advanced car seat with out DD in 2016, it's great and we love it because the base has the option for ISOFIX and for seat belt installation (with stabality leg) so it means we can use it in both the daily isofix car and the range rover belted when we take the dogs on a day out or out as a family.
We are now expecting baby number 2 and I cannot for the life of me find a base that is dual fixing - Joie seems to have changed their base to ISOFIX only!
Does anybody have any advice and opinions on what car seat to get?
It needs to be group 0/1 at least. I know I could just buy a belted installation but in the bmw I personally don't feel like it's as safe as the seats are a funny shape and all sorts of other silly little reasons.

This is not too useful I'm afraid but might steer you in the right direction?! We recently had the car seat saga and spent ages looking at different ones. I'm sure there was a Joeie one that was exclusive to Mothercare that could be belted or isofix but I can't remember the name!

We have a britax duo fix as we have an isofix car and a non-isofix campervan. But it was bought before the whole isize regulation change so I don’t iniw if they still make them.

We have a maxi cosi base that is either seatbelt fitting or isofix. The car seat is the maxi cosi cabrofix

I used a cybex cloud Q as group 0+ with seatbelt for Uber and isofix for the car. Clipped into main pram and yo-yo for travel.

Cybex seats offer both options, and can be fitted as a travel system with adaptors.

We had a maxi cosi newborn seat that could clip on to an isofix base or be belted in without the base.

The hauck varioguard is a birth to 4 years seat, it is fixed with either isofix or the seatbelt. I think it's basically the same as the Joie you have for your other child. If that's not suitable could you put your new baby into the Joie and find another seat for your other DC? Depending on her age as to what would be ok.

Pebble plus (maxicosi) car seat can either be belted in or go on an isofix base.

Sometimes the choice of car seat is just so overwhelming!
DD will be just shy of 2 when the little one is born, so I don't know if it's worthwhile like somebody mentioned, getting her a bigger size?
maybe a special trip to a big town with actual shops in it is required!

How big is your daughter and how much is she predicted up weigh at 4 years? (track it in her red book) Because if she's going to be more than 18kg before 4 (the max weight for your Joie) she should really have a 25kg seat before moving to a high back booster.

And if that's the case, you could get that for her now? Something like the Britax Two Way Elite or the Axkid Minikid are the best 25kg seats to consider.

If you haven't already seen it, the Facebook group 'car seat advice for mummies and daddies' gives excellent advice and would be able to advise on the best fit for your car.
