The car seat won't fit into OH's car using the support leg so we wanted to remove it. Some places online state the isofix alone holds it in place (like the bases that only have the isofix and no support leg) and other sites say the car seat can tip over in an accident, if the support leg isn't used.
But we're not sure how the seat would tip when it's secured in by the isofix points, the same way as the ones without the support leg would do. We obviously don't want to put DD at any risk but would like to know if anyone knows if it has to be used or not?
