The built in booster in volvo 4x4

Hi, 3rd dc due in june and we need to think about changing cars as we won't get our 3 carseats across the back of our mondeo. (Infant carrier and base, britax 2we, and britax hbb). Window shopping online and havecame across the built in booster option on the volvo 4x4. They look like a fancy booster cushion really, no side or head protection, but the info on the volvi forums seems to suggest this isn't necessary on the models that have the booster due to curtain airbags that would deploy when necessary. Has anyone came across any safety stats for these? Not much info online really . Thanks

No stats but the booster is just a built in cushion
However the child in the middle is wedged between the two car seats on either side
Other option is to stick them in one of the rear seats with a full hbb
