I've just seen this message when looking for the same information. Did you ever find out?

OK, so just in case anyone ends up here following a search result...

I asked Which? about it and they said to identify the seat that failed the safety test:

"...you would need to check the approval code on the back of the child car seat; the approval code is 044241.

The approval code can be found on the orange label, and It's the number shown below the E13 in the circle."

I checked this for our baby seat marked AFC 2272 and the approval code (one the side of the seat) was different to that above. YMMV

I would not use a Baby Start seat personally regardless of whether it was the recalled one or not. I believe they are quite flimsy and built to the minimum standards, meaning you can only trust them under proper test conditions.

If you do use one please take care to get a copy of the correct instructions and install to the letter - I have seen a couple of crash tests on youtube of incorrectly fitted seats, and these cheap ones seem to fare much worse than better brands with even small mistakes, which makes me not trust them.
