Baby weaver sp shuffle car seat

Hi, I wondered if anyone on here had a baby weavers car seat? I bought one second hand and tried to remove the padding to wash however I cannot work out how to put the harness back together now to make it adjustable again. It just seems to be quite complicated. I've tried to google help videos, instructions to no avail. I now have a car seat that's not put together correctly, the harness isn't adjustable anymore and not long enough for me baby. Please help
