Safest non Isofiz HBB?

My 4yo is within 1kg of the weight limit on her current car seat (18kg), so I need to get a new one fairly soon. We don't have isofix, so it needs to be a seatbelt one.

Does anyone know which HBB Which currently rates as the safest? Or if you don't trust Which, then which HBB you rate and why.

I have the cybex solution m-fix. From 15-36kg, fixes with isofix or belt, light weight and easy no instal, comfortable to sleep in and side protection. It's a fantastic seat.
