Car Seat Adaptors Stuck on my Pram- help!

I have a Mamas and Papas Sola Pushchair and I bought the car seat adaptors that go with the MaxiCosi cabriofix car seat. I put the adaptors on the pram frame earlier today and now I cannot get them off the frame no matter what I do. Help!

we had the same problem with our brio and its car seat. we panicked and took it back to shop - the buggy mechanic sprayed liberally with wd40 and it popped off!
