Camper van seating

I have bought a Toyota camper van with reimo conversion, if this means anything to anyone.
I need advice on kids car seats that will fit in the back with lap belts. Anyone know anyone who can advise. Mothercare/Halfords of little use as soon as you move away from the standard car.

What age kids/stage car seats?

It might be worth asking on one of the camper forums like JustKampers or Club80-90. Of course you can't admit to having a Toyota and will have to pretend its a VW

My Camper just has a lap belt in the back but I only have one DD so she sits in the front passanger and DH has to sit in the back!

Should have said kids are 5 and 3. Realise one of them will have to sit up front........That's not a problem it's the rear seats that have only lap belts.

Is the 5yo not in an ordinary booster seat? If so a lap belt would be OK, obviously not as good as a 3 point belt. Then have the 3yo sat up front.

You need a britax eclipse. We have one in the back of our vw camper and it fits brilliantly and comfortable as reclines. we have 3 lap belts in our camper so this works out brilliantly.

By the way, it does officially fit with a lap belt, that's not just me saying it's ok!!!!
