Ooh where from? I want some! A friend has some ace solar powered outdoor ones which I am also deeply envious of!

Curiously they describe them as 'indoor' and 'suitable for all weather conditions' oddgrin

They are very pretty.

Woah - they look ACE Riven! My SIL has some LED light-up drinking glasses that would go perfectly with them - makes your G&T glow in the dark grin
Sadly they were a give-away at her local petrol station and she hasn't been able to get any more envy

grin Riven

I am very tempted to get some pinking shears and start cutting my material scrap stash up into triangles to make bunting with grin

Not sure I'll have the nerve to put it up though!

I've already earmarked a rug of ours that will definitely be going in the tent. Wondering how else I can get hold of some nice rugs without spending a fortune!

Which rugs did you get? Did you look at the mattress pads?

OMG really? Do you have a link? the only ones I could find were £30 odd. How big were your rugs?

I think we need to have a late night trip to Ikea this week!

just found this thread on another camping forum - thought you would be pleased to read the second message in!

Go ahead and order the inner tent, I say! (or a mossy net at least)

And now I've decided to get the inner tent - have just remembered about flying bugs grin.

I didn't want the inner because I didn't want it to take up too much space, but I understand it's really easy to put up and down, so will wrap our bedding up in it in the day time and push it all over to one side and only put it up at bedtime.

Yup. Have finally decided on the mattress rather than the inner - will keep our fingers crossed the bugs aren't an issue. Will get an inner next year if the bugs are a real problem.

You use duvets normally? So do they get damp?

I've just emailed the long melford people to ask them if it's possible to return them if we don't sleep on them, if we find them uncomfortable. Might just go for it anyway - it doesn't say anything anywhere on their website that you can't return mattresses unused.

I've done it! I've ordered the mattress! grin

flamingobingo Mon 06-Jul-09 09:27:06

now I've just got to stop myself ordering this while it's on special offer or we're going to have no money left to actually pay for the camping!

hi flamingo - those stoves come up quite often on ebay and you can pick them up much cheaper. just do a search within 10 miles or 25 miles of your postcode and it will pull up all the ones near you. then you can save you ££ for the fairylights and rugs wink

Ohh, thanks for the heads up - will sit tight then as we can borrow my parents' one for now
