Garangeoire - slightly panicking about our booking

Booked a week directly with them months ago and paid the deposit. The balance was due a few days ago and I assumed they would take it from the same credit card (as the other campsite we are staying at has) but nothing has gone through as yet. I emailed them on Tuesday and haven't had a reply.....

Anyone been recently who knows whether the reception staff speak English if I phone up? (French is good enough to get by on hols but not for anything too complicated!)

Give them a call, all the reception staff have excellent English.
