Campsites for non-drivers!

Erm, basically OP says it all!
Just fancied a bit of an adventure this summer, but as neither my OH or I can drive, I need a campsite that is within walking distance to:

Some sort of public transport (will probably travel by train, but buses or short taxi ride is OK)

A town for food.

A beach? If possible!

Looking at the moment in Cornwall, Wales, or the North East?

There are loads of campsites near train stations, if you narrow down where you want to go it might be easier. For example, I am bad at remembering names of campsites but we stayed at one in St Ives, in Cornwall, some of the group came by train. It was about 1/2 mile from the town centre and less to the closest sandy beach. It was just on the west side of the town, overlooking the coast.

Or in Wales, we stay at one called Dinarth Hall in between Llandudno and Colwyn bay, it's near the Colwyn Bay train station, got buses too, you can walk to the beaches at Rhos on sea and Colwyn Bay, and catch a bus to Llandudno and to the Welsh Mountain zoo.
