We have a gas stove,Foreman and BBQ.
We do meatballs ,carbonara ,stir fry, fajitas and BBQs.
DH doesn’t fancy a curry from a jar.
Any ideas for evening meals please meals please? It’s just myself,DH and DD(5).
TIA

Tuna burgers www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5863/tuna-sweetcorn-burgers
Chilli www.goodhousekeeping.com/uk/food/recipes/a536960/cheats-chilli/ This recipe serves 6 but you can get half tins of kidney beans and we don’t mind having too much sweetcorn!

I only ever BBQ - sausage/burger/pork chops

Sometimes I do a paellla or ratatouille (on the BBQ).

I would say try the curry from a jar before you judge, the M&S chicken one is lovely

I usually cook and freeze a chilli to take with us and we eat it with those nacho chips from Lidl/Aldi.

Agree with trying a jar of sauce too before you judge.

Batch booked at home, so ready just to warm up on hob...bolognaise, curry, savoury mince, lamb/chicken casserole, served with either rice or pasta.

Kababs, prawns &/or langoustines bbqed in shell, whole fish over coals - score the skin rub in a spice mix, fish in paper, make curry paste, pasta sauces, before we go, stir frys, mussels,

If you have a cool bag and some fleece blankets you could do anything you would normally do in a slow cooker - bring the food up to the boil, wrap loosely in a couple of fleece blankets and op into a cool bag. Return from a long walk in the evening to a slow cooked stew. Bring back to the boil - drop in dumplings and simmer for 15 minutes. Winter camping heaven.

frsh court mackerel. Is that Mackerel that's been very, very badly behaved?
