Robens Aero Yurt?

We need to upgrade our 4m bell tent, it's given us 7 great years but we now have 3 DC and it's a squeeze.

I'm very taken by the Robens Aero Yurt, it's pricey but looks ideal, just wondering if anyone has seen one IRL?

Wow thats a fab looking tent....and Robens make good tents...

Its not a massive amount bigger footprint wise than a 4m bell though....
I think a 5m bell would give you more floor although not the head height...

is it teh roundness you like?? or are you just after size

In my head, having the head height would make it less squished but not massively more heavy. I'd adore an emperor bell but the weight is ridiculous.

Also we've stayed in yurts a few times and I love the airyness.

sorry it enter too soon - as the tipi style is more space but also round or teh prospector style is also interesting and lots more space!

I see what you mean about the Yurt - love them - but not sure it will feel that much bigger especially as DC grow!

I really like the prospector and the touareg as well, have you seen them in action?

and they do look fab... I;m lokoing at smaller weekend tents at the moment so opposite direction
