What is/are yours?

I love my IceyTek (partly because it doubles as a seat/table!!) and will have to continue running a big car so I can fit my futon mattresses in for me and ds.

I really need to sort out water heating/cooking equipment. I've tried a couple but nothing seems to work particularly well for me. Any recommendations?

Icey Tek, Campfire Grill, pie iron.

My favourite is my bell tent, though I'm rubbish at putting it up and last time we went camping it leaked. Ugh!

I love my bed setup - I use foam mats under my 10 cm SIM and then a memory foam mattress topper on top. It is more comfortable than my bed at home. (almost)

I love my bed setup too. I have a comfy airbed, proper sheets, a duvet, and a fleece blanket on top.

I also love the tablecloth I made, which fits over the camping table exactly and has ties at the corners to stop it being blown away. It may match the blankets and bunting. Blush

Campfire grill and hammock (made from super strong but thin material packs away into a tiny packet).

Iceytek, our sims, we have a lamp which gives out a lovely yellow light at night (not a blue one, although it is less efficient).

But my favourite thing is our folky enamel cups. I swear wine tastes better out of them :)

Love my moon chair too.

Love our Lotus Grill, being able to BBQ anywhere within 10m of lighting is great.

Jetboil and aeropress. Very decent cup of coffee in less than 5 minutes.

Ours is definitely a heatpal , we use it to warm up our tent and cook inside at the same time.

Ortleib coffee filter - makes a good cup of coffee, takes up virtually no space, easy to use.

Small kitchen knife - a Kuhn Rikon Colori. Campfire cooking's easier if you have decent knives!

Eyemask and earplugs.

The huge semi-transparent clip-top plastic box. When we're at home, it sits in the shed chock full of camping pans, plates, mugs, the flask, etc etc etc.
When we're camping, it doubles as a handy extra seat, an extra prep surface - and is somewhere dry and (so far) animal proof in which to store opened packets of biscuits and pasta, veg, the matches etc.

The pump for the air mattress which plugs into the fag lighter in the car.

My earplugs.

Stainless steel insulated cafitiere
Butchers hooks (for hanging over shower doors when there are not enough hooks, put your stuff in a plastic bag and hang from butchers hook, for hanging stuff from a rope sling between trees, etc.
Baby wipes. Wiping the table, grease from stove , hands during food prep, spilt stuff from tent floor, quick in-tent freshen up, everything .
