Baby sleeping in a campervan

We will be camping during this year in our VW camper with our 4 month old in tow. What is the best sleeping option for a baby (2 adults and one other child to accommodate too). If there are good sleeping products available for this age, is anyone selling?

Not sure of the layout of the van, but I would co sleep with the baby next to the wall. When I took my baby out in the campervan he slept in a thick snow suit which had legs and feet as part of it. It was perfect for night time as I didn't need to worry about covers coming off.

Another idea is one of these:

www.vw-beds.com/products/cab_bunk.html

(Sorry not sure how to do proper links on my phone). We have one and it's brilliant. I have never used it for a baby but I'm sure it would be fine with the right bedding etc.

Thats clever. I like that. I really could have used one of those in the past.

I'm sure when my brother had one he bought a hammock that hung over the front seats. Think it was a vw one.

What's your layout. We have a modern Vauxhall vivaro conversion with a rooftop bunk and a rock n roll bed. We put ds downstairs in a travel cot without the bed pulled out and we sleep upstairs.
That worked till he was just turned 2 with a couple of nights of us all beds hating downstairs when it was too windy to pop the top on the Atlantic coast of the Hebrides.

This year (ds will be 2.5-3) we plan to put him on the rock n roll bed but in a "ready bed" so he can't roll off.
