LED lit flag pole

We camped at Whitemead over May Bank Holiday and in one of the bottom fields there was an amazing flag pole with bright, colourful lights. The lights could be set in a variety of patterns. Whenever I went to ask about it there was nobody there.

Our dc loved it (and so did I) and I thought I'd look into getting one but haven't had any luck. It didn't look like lights wrapped around a flag pole. Does anyone have any ideas where to get one or how to make one?

haven't found one yet where you can change the lighting patterns but you can get strips of one colour:
