English speaking children in campsites around Venice or Italian Lakes

DCs (10 and 8) are keenly looking at campsites for the summer already but they really love making friends on holiday. Can anyone help with intelligence on which campsites are popular with English speakers? We normally go with Eurocamp.

We stayed at Bella Italia on Lake Garda and there was a lot of English speakers there. Probably a bit too many for our liking!!!
