BBQ food that doesn't need refrigerating?

We're camping (at a festival) for 4 nights later this week, and plan to have BBQs most nights. We'll have a coolbox so can keep things moderately chilled, and will take some frozen sausages, burgers, etc to use in the first couple of days, but with the current weather being what it is I don't think I want to chance the 3rd and 4th days!

So... what can I take to BBQ the last two days that won't need chilling? I'm not unduly bothered if it's junk TBH, it's only a couple of days. So far I have on my list:

  • Corn on the cob
  • Vegetable kebabs (mushrooms, tomatoes, courgettes, onion, peppers)
  • Frankfurters

Plus bread and maybe couscous or something. Does anyone have any other inspired suggestions?

Garlic mushrooms. Roasted asparagus. Mushrooms / peppers stuffed with cous cous - add whatever you like to the voids cous, wrap it all in foil and cook on the bbq, jacket spuds wrapped in foil and cooked among the coals with filling of choice

Not bbq but you can make a yummy pasta sauce from tinned tuna, tomatoes, olives, Tishri purr and herbs to have with pasta.

I was going to suggest halloumi too but I thought it had to be kept i'm the fridge?

I'm sure you can get tofu in a packet to add to the kebabs if you wanted some protein in there too.... Or corned beef, but I hate the stuff!
