Can anyone recommend a rustic, eco-friendly, cheap holiday in France for myself, DH and 4 year old DS??

I'm trying to find something like a camping holiday, near the coast, with a swimming pool, something small and beautiful and eco-friendly. We want to travel by train so can't bring our own tent (it's an 8 man monster) but really like the idea of camping. Plus we're all big swimmers so we need a beach AND a pool. Plus I'm really fussy about food!! We're happy to go anywhere in France basically... HELP!
