all my Camping Essentials are at the beginning of the thread \link{http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk?topicid=2417&threadid=175800&stamp=060523115319\here} and I'm jiggered if I'm typing them out again!

We always take rubber type pool shoes you can wear in the shower - may not be relevant these days but I hate standing on the floor of a shower every man and his dog has used.
Don't forget a bottle opener. Most essential piece of kit.
And (hangs head in shame) we always take hot water bottles too - I camped once with kids from school and had my hot water bottle with me, much to the amusement of the other staff. Until they realised it was bloody freezing at night and I was the only one lovely and toasty.

keeping dry things dry and clean things clean (matches, paperwork, spare socks), and keeping wet and/or dirty things away from the former!
also potentially leaky things (chilli powder, washing up liquid) away from anything else at all
