What size gas bottle?

On the final count down to our first family camping trip! Have bought everything except gas. Do you think a 4.5kg calor gas bottle will be enough for a family of four, cooking breakfast every day and some evening meals? Would hate to run out even though I know its easy to get refills. We have an electric kettle, lighting and heater, so gas would only be used for the double burner and grill. Sorry if this is a really stupid question but I honestly don't have the foggiest!

That's the size we have and there are ususally 7 of us. We usually have to refill once during a week long camp. You can often get refills on site.
