Where do you buy camping gas from?

Last minute panic...camping on Thursday and have realised the gas cannister has run out. Where can I get a new one from? Do any high street shops like Millets, Halfords etc sell them?
The campsite we are going to is very basic so no little shop on site.

You should be ok with halfords and millets. Wot size do you need?
