We love it, only bought it last year and used once. But it is BIGGGGGGGg, and we are now looking for a 5 man, much smaller for weekends. So thought we might get This... Outwell Nevada M

We have that very tent.

Very happy with it - easy to pitch, relatively light. Treat yourself and get the porch bit too.

We have a Monty 6, which we love.

It's a bit of a PITA to put up though 'cos we're not very good.

Friends of ours have the Nevada. They love it, and I have to admit, it is very nice and was pitched in less than half the time it took us to pitch ours

There is a Yeomans Outdoor exhibition here in Bristol, and it is the last day tomorrow. They are selling off the Nevada M, and we could get it for £190. There is a tear in the sheath where the poles go (top of tear). Apparanlty it was not pegged down properly and the wind blew it etc.

Anyway, we tried to haggle it down to £180 but they wouldnt budge. We came back to check out prices on the net and can see that it is a good price to pay. So, we may go back tomoz and pick it up, but had planned a cycle ride with LO's. Oh what to do... and should we try n pick one up second hand via feebay!

Mmmm...

Glad to hear that people like it though, thanks for that Smile

We have a 4m bell tent with zip-off groundsheet, so can roll up sides in summer. We've never done that, mind, but still nice thought. 20 minutes to pitch, spacious inside, sounds and smells good. Love it.

Also have a Vango Orchy, our first tent, which we should really sell but I can't get myself so far as have only ever slept in it once before we got the bell, so rather expensive cost-per-use as we won't get much for it. Blush

Oh, and have Decathlon base seconds pop-up to use if we ever, uhm, need it. (Got a bit carried away in Decathlon on that one...) Have used it in garden once, but will take in boot when camping to use as "kitchen"-y type of tent if it rains. I think. It all made sense last year... Confused

We have a Conway Carmargue trailer tent which we love. Am currently sat in it in the pouring rain in Cornwall.

We still have our first tent, it's a Hi Gear Sahara 6. Absolutely fab tent but takes a while to put up.

We have a 2 man vaude from our trekking days-5 mind to pitch, amazing tent.

We now have a robens triple dreamer and love it- not huge so we can get the sneaky pitches.

Dreaming of a bell tent or camper (I want a vdub camper so we can do weekends or one night a bit easier!)

We have an Outwell Nevada L. Absolutely love it. Perfect for the 3, soon to be 4 of us, and we can pitch it in about 30 minutes... even with DD "Helping".

We have a Skandika 8 person which we bought from ebay, it was fantastic value for £150 and we have had lots of use out of it. Is now in it's 5th year so looking at upgrading to an Outwell, possibly a bear lake 6, a montana or a vermont.

We have a Royal Atlanta 8 which my dd1 and i put up on our own so must be easy (she was only 8 last summer). It's big and roomy but seems cosy when all the inners are up. Can't wait to get out this year!

We have a 5m bell tent with ZIG and love it, as MisSal says, 20 mins to put up and I can confirm that the sides rolled up are fab!

We had an Outwell Hartford XXL which was a fab tent but took too long to put up, I couldn;t do it by myself and was far too big.

We have a Kampa Filey 6, we really love it. Easy to put up, masses of space, the whole front zips open and there is a canopy bit for when it's raining.

if you have a 5m bell tent how many children can it sleep? How much area does it need? Do you have problems finding campsites that can cope with it because from photos it looks massive? (I am lusting after one after years of not being a camper)

Our 5m BT is smaller than our old Outwell Hartford XXL. We've just got back from a campiste that we'd have struggled to fit the outwell in - no problem with the BT.

We have 2 children, however another family arrived at the site yesterday with a 5m BT and they had 3 children (looked to be early teens, maybe a bit younger) they also had 3 (not small) dogs!!! They all seemed very happy!

We've got an Outwell Hartford XL, it needs approx 8m x 8m pitch space which is big, and it takes a long time to put up. Once it's up it's great, the living area is huge, but takes too long to pitch for weekends, it is also a pain to dry if you have to bring it home wet. So we've also got the Outwell Virginia 5, which is only available from Yeomans, goes up in about 15 mins, we've just bough a porch for it too, but haven't tried that yet. We have two DCS aged 5 and 7 BTW.

We have a 1-2-Trio tent - frame tent in colours like this russet, brown and Mustard.

came with bath tub base sleeping pod in yellow, so we bought an additional pod. we have got a wicker hamper to go with, and are now sourcing ....

a Hago orange camp-kitchen stand!

it is cool in the heat and warm in the cold...very wind resistant.

weighs a ton and takes up more than half the car though!

still, i feel, a very comfortable way to go camping.

our first weekend with it is this coming weekend.

joy!

Ooooh! love that :) very retro.

Ours is the same one as this one but we have a table that folds up and down in the centre section of the trailer so we can eat up in there if we want.

But the colour way we have is this one in snazzy 1980's stylee Grin
