I'm really struggling to lose this stone and it's getting me down now .
I've worked out with my height and weight and no exercise I need 1051 calories a day to lose weight .
Stumbling blocks for me are
- I'm currently working 12 hours a day in a stressful job/ desk based mostly , but have very little to no time to meal plan.
- I like a drink when i get home so looks like vodka and soda with a slice of lime might be added in although happy to skip during the week.
Anyone fancy joining me and perhaps sharing some achievable meal ideas ?
