I'm using myfitnesspal to lose weight, its told me I need to stick to 1200cals, however I'm not actually having more than 800 most days, but why am I not feeling hungry? Its bizarre, in the past I've really struggled with dieting but I'm finding it a non issue atm

I'm 8 weeks pp (not breastfeeding) and walking most days..

I'm not sure, if you find out, can you let me know. 🤣 How long have you been doing it? Are you eating less than you used to because you are busy, or tired?

Definately busier! 2 kids, home schooling, less time to think about being hungry maybe! I'm am actively eating less to lose weight.

If it is fat reserves then I've got plenty to keep me going

I find the busier I am the less I have chance to think about food thus I’m not hungry. On weekends I struggle more because not so busy.

Ketosis? Have you drastically reduced your carb intake?
