I've been managing a 1000 calories deficit per day for 4 months. Steadily losing 2 pounds a week (3.5 stones down so far - whoop!).
Just been on a holiday and didn't want to be a misery guys so went to maintenance calories (my usual is 1200 so went up to 2000 - not quite +1000 as I wasn't going to be in the gym).
Anyway, just back and weighed and I've put on a pound and a half! . I'm assuming now I'll lose it again but what did I do wrong and how can I avoid this on future hols?
