I'm back on the healthy eating bandwagon, using MyFitnessPal to track. I'm looking for some ideas for low calorie meals and snacks.

So far I have:
Lighter crisps (skips, squares, etc)
Rice cakes
Quorn scotch eggs
Jelly
Slim a soup
Naked noodle pots
Naked soup pots

Anything else?

Thought it would be helpful to have this thread here for others to steal ideas from too.

For snacks I eat:
Alpen light bars (under 100 calories for most, I believe)
Melon and other fruits in a fruit salad (homemade so no added sugar)
Yogurt (I use full fat as it's more filling) with berries (frozen are cheaper) if I want more flavour.
Walkers French Fries from the multipack (less than 100 calories)
40g low fat mature cheddar with a piece of fruit. If I'm really hungry it's very satisfying.
Various rice based cereal bars - Tesco do some nice ones. I prefer the rice based ones as I love the crispy texture.
I work from home, so I can heat up some vegetable soup whenever I want, too. It's pretty nice when it's hammering down with hail, like it is just now.

Boiled eggs
Carrots and hummus

I find for me things like crisps and rice cakes just don't fill me up and lead me to eat more

Babybel light with an apple
Cucumber sticks
A handful of almonds
Activia o% yoghurt
Laughing cow triangle and carrot sticks
Melon (you get a large portion for small calories)
Half a tub of vegetable soup (supermarket chilled variety so about 300g) some tomato / veg kinds have around 100 cals or less
Sometimes I snack on frozen fruit (pineapple/mango) it lasts longer than fresh
Snack a jacks
Handful of grapes or cherry tomatoes
Pepper slices

Ditto boiled eggs. About 80kcal.

An apple or banana - about 70-100kcal

Ramekin of 0% yoghurt with handful of blueberries - about 70kcal

Slice of ham - about 40kcal.
Generally though - best not to snack when dieting.

These low calorie ready meals from Tesco aren’t the most flavoursome but they are pleasant enough, convenient and under 300 calories.

I find really small meals and regular snacks works better for me than no snacks at all. If I had to go "no snacks" my blood sugar would crash and it would be bad for everyone!

I do find I really miss sweet treats when I'm trying to be healthy. I just need to figure out what I can have instead of cake or biscuits which isn't totally gross. I am a real carb fiend, feel really sick if I cut it out. Any ideas? I really hate rice cakes and cereal bars seem to have loads of sugar which I feel defeats the object of being healthy...
