I am 5 foot 3, weigh 8 13. I can maintain at around 8 9 if I do 5:2 and I truly believe that is THE most effective weight loss method or way of eating plus all the other health benefits it brings.
But I have started to not be able to do it as it brings out really bad behaviours and affects my attitude to food.
I am trying to be relaxed about being my "normal" natural weight which is around 9 stone. I exercise 6 days out of 7. I eat clean most of the time but I do drink.
I think if I have a few days a week at 1500 a few at 1800 and a couple of splurge days at around 2000, with the activity I do I am hoping to stay in my clothes and not gain too much.
What do you guys do to maintain but not feel deprived?
